We’re Noble Victory LLC
Noble Victory, LLC is proposing a cannabis retail outlet at 1401 Mission Ave in Oceanside, located adjacent to the I-5 freeway to the west, and motel and gas station to the East. The retail outlet will be included within a 2,474 square foot suite within the existing 6,350 square foot single-story building that was formerly the China Star Super Buffet restaurant. In the future, Noble Victory plans to revitalize and improve the entire site with additional public-serving uses.
Established.
Trusted.
Local.
Noble Victory has proudly operated in Oceanside since 2019. We run a cannabis manufacturing and distribution facility in Oceanside and a recently-opened retail store in Vista. We are excited to open our first retail shop in Oceanside on Mission Avenue.
Our company was the first licensed manufacturer and distributor in Oceanside. We’ve been here since the beginning when cannabis was a new idea to the city, and are honored to grow along with this community.
We have deep roots here. We are a proud member of Oceanside’s business community and make it a priority to give back — we sponsor beach cleanups, support local veterans, and 1% of our sales will be donated to Un Mar de Colores, supporting surf lessons and ocean education for Oceanside’s youth. Noble Victory believes in Oceanside and is excited to play a role in the revitalization of this property.
We launched as a startup here in California, and successfully expanded our product lines into hundreds of dispensaries across both California and New York.
Who We Are
We are a proud veteran- and women-owned brand that is honored to be the go-to cannabis product for many here in Oceanside and across the state.
