Outreach activities will be directed to residents, property owners, and businesses located within a 1,500-foot radius of the proposed premises, as required by the City of Oceanside. Outreach will also include neighborhood groups, business associations, and community organizations within the vicinity of the site.

Per the City of Oceanside's Cannabis Retail Facility Outreach Plan requirements, written notice describing the proposed cannabis retail operation will be mailed or delivered to surrounding residents and businesses within the outreach area. The notice will include a description of the use, proposed hours of operation, contact information for the applicant or designated community liaison, and instructions for submitting questions or concerns.
